Jim Huling

Jim Huling is an American author, speaker, and executive coach, best known as the co-author of The 4 Disciplines of Execution: Achieving Your Wildly Important Goals (2012), alongside Sean Covey and Chris McChesney. He has extensive experience in organizational leadership and is recognized for his expertise in helping organizations implement effective execution strategies.

Huling serves as the Global Managing Consultant for FranklinCovey’s 4 Disciplines of Execution, where he is responsible for the ongoing development of the methodology and training of consultants. He has led large-scale engagements for notable clients, including Marriott Hotels and Kroger, focusing on driving performance and achieving strategic goals.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Birmingham-Southern College. Huling has over three decades of experience in corporate leadership, having previously served as CEO of a company recognized as one of the “25 Best Companies to Work for in America.”

In addition to his consulting work, Huling is a sought-after keynote speaker, having delivered presentations to diverse audiences. He is also involved in community service and serves on several boards, including the Siegel Institute for Leadership, Ethics, and Character. Huling resides in Georgia with his wife, Donna, and they have two adult children and three grandchildren.
